1. Log in to the console and enter the Phone System

After logging into the IntBell console, find "Phone Number " in the left sidebar, click to expand it, and select "Number List". Then, on the top navigation bar of the Number List page, click the "Verified Caller ID" tab.


2. Switch to the Verify Caller Number page  

You will now see the "Verified Number List", which displays numbers that have been successfully bound and verified.  

On this page, you can:  

- Perform a "Delete" operation on existing numbers (e.g., remove numbers no longer in use).  

- Click the "Add" or "Add Verified Number" button to bind a new number.

3. Add a new verified number

After clicking "Add", a form titled "Add Verified Number" will pop up. Fill it in as required.


4. Send the verification code and complete verification

- Click the "Send Verification Code" button.  

- Depending on the method you chose, you will receive a text message or a phone call.  

- Enter the verification code in the pop-up input box.

5. Verification successful – start using it  

Once verified, the number will appear in the "Verified Number List" with the status "Verified".  

Now, when you initiate a call, you can select this verified personal number as the caller ID, without needing to purchase an IntBell number – simply use your own existing number.


Important Notes 

- The Basic plan only allows verification of one number. The Team plan and above have no limit on the number of verified numbers.  

- Only verified numbers can be used as caller ID; otherwise, they cannot be used.  

- Once a number is verified, please comply with local telecommunication regulations to avoid being blocked by carriers.
